Twice I got calls from the number +44 1895519278, but I ignored them as I’m based in Antalya, Turkey. Later on, I saw an email from Amazon about my missing package issue, mentioning I’d get a call back after 7 pm from a UK number beginning with +44. First, I got a call on my mobile, then they rang me on this number as well. They claimed to be from Amazon and said the delivery driver was outside my place, even mentioned my mum's name (which I had ordered something for from Amazon). Then they asked me for my name, and I told them I didn’t think so and ended the call. They called again immediately, but I ignored it. Later, they left a voicemail saying something like "okay, must have been delivered." Honestly, seems like a total scam to me.

Watch out for scams!! Someone rang claiming to be Amazon, saying their courier couldn’t deliver because they couldn’t locate us - I was also waiting for a different package. They asked for our address starting with the house number. The person spoke really nicely and even said they could send me an email if I was hesitant to share details over the phone. That’s when I remembered our landline isn’t connected to our Amazon account! So I requested the email (without giving them mine) but never received anything. I’ve now blocked the number!
