Somebody's been ringing me like 3 times now, I blocked one number and then half an hour later they called again but hung up before I could pick up. I wasn’t going to answer anyway. It’s annoying and feels like harassment, I didn’t recognise the caller at all. When I asked who it was, they didn’t even say, and the number wasn’t saved in my contacts. I told them I don’t know who they are and then ended the call. I blocked that number but then they tried with another one. If it’s really Amazon or whoever they claim to be, they shouldn’t be acting this way. Avoid these calls!

I received a call from a gentleman claiming to be from Amazon, stating he needed my name to verify a parcel delivery. Naturally, I found this puzzling since Amazon has always managed to deliver without such calls in the past. When I pressed him on why they’d suddenly change their approach, he claimed it was part of a new position he had only taken up a month ago. To say I was sceptical would be an understatement. I firmly declined to share any details over the phone. He held his composure rather well, though!

A chap rang me claiming to be from Amazon regarding a delivery. He mentioned that the call was being recorded and requested the name of the account holder. I declined to provide that info and suggested that any details be sent via email to the account holder instead. It's been an hour now, and still no email has come through! To be honest, I've never received a phone call from Amazon before-usually it's just a text or an email. So, I'm a bit sceptical about the whole thing.

i answered the phone and the guy didn't introduce himself at all. instead he just asked me "what's your name?" i was a bit confused and said "sorry, what?" he asked again and i told him since he was the one calling, he should tell me his name first. he said he was nicholas from amazon. then suddenly the call dropped. it seemed a bit dodgy to me because real amazon customer service people usually speak properly and dont just go straight with "what's your name?" after the drop, he tried calling me back but it hung up before i picked up.

I got a call from a really quiet bloke who was saying sorry because an Amazon delivery hadn’t been made. I’d been waiting for a parcel and saw on my security cam a car parked at the bottom of my driveway just when it should’ve arrived, but the driver didn’t try to come all the way up the drive. a couple days back I started getting calls from a woman who said her name was Amy. her english wasn’t great and she kept claiming i owed money and if i didn’t pay up immediately, they’d take me to court. i got pretty frustrated and cut the call off since i’m certain it’s a scam, ive never owed anyone a penny in my life. people who do this kind of stuff just trying to scam others should really be locked up. total rip off!
