I got a call from this number earlier, but when I answered there was nothing but quiet, no one spoke.

Picked up my phone this morning and some woman speaking in a foreign accent started telling me I could claim back PPI. Complete nonsense since I’ve never had any credit card or loan or anything like that.

I looked up the number and it shows 0001869690087 from Ventura County in California, USA.

No idea how they got hold of my number but I’ve blocked it already.

Honestly, they’re just poor souls spending their whole shift cold-calling people, probably paid peanuts. Bit sad when you think about it!

I keep getting calls from them! I’ll give blocking the number another go, but I’ve tried that in the past and it didn’t really stop them. Does anyone know what else I could do to deal with this?
