I received a phone call earlier today from a woman with a foreign accent who claimed that I was eligible for a PPI reimbursement. Honestly, it’s all nonsense since I’ve never had a loan, credit card, or anything of the sort in my entire life. Curious, I searched the number, which turned out to be 0001869690087, originating from Ventura County, California, of all places. I’m baffled as to how they managed to acquire my number in the first place, but I’ve since blocked them. It’s quite pitiful really-these people must be earning next to nothing making countless calls for hours on end. I can’t help but feel a bit sorry for them!
