Got a voicemail from some automated voice claiming that HMRC is taking legal action against me… sounded like a total scam, probably just some con artists trying to frighten people.

I reckon these are either timewasters or scammers. I looked them up about 280 times already. Plus, my BT Call Protect keeps blocking them straight away - honestly, good riddance! :)

Just got a call from some number, so I answered and was about to say something when the person suddenly told me to put the phone down. Bit odd, not sure what was going on there.

I usually just look up the number on Google and then block it, I don’t pick up at all.

I tried calling back with *1471 after I ended the call, but they just kept silent and didn't hang up. Really felt sketchy to me.
