This company, already penalised for breaking cold call regulations, has been caught again. They run surveys asking people questions, but then use those responses to bombard them with unwanted marketing calls. Based in Hertfordshire, Verso Group came under scrutiny when one of their campaigns led to 46 million annoying calls about payment protection insurance (PPI). Regulators have slapped them with an £80,000 fine. Seems like they haven’t learned their lesson yet.
