Inquired about my Covid-19 vaccination status, then proceeded to ask whether I had any form of life or health insurance!

Got a call from a lady with an Indian accent who kept messing up my name, then just dropped the call.

I noticed I had two missed calls from this number, so I tried ringing back. Couldn’t get through though, just heard weird beeping sounds. Reckon it’s some kind of “virtual” UK mobile, or something like that.

I got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent who kept firing questions at me. What really threw me off was he never mentioned the name of the company he was supposedly calling from, which is usually a dead giveaway that it’s some kind of scam.

oh man, those prank calls really get me sometimes! and hey, just to add to what someone mentioned before, it's actually spelled haggis, not hagis.

I got a call from a lady that sounded like she was speaking some sort of language I couldn't even understand - maybe Urudu or something. I tried telling her ‘no thanks’ but she just didn’t listen and was really rude throughout the whole conversation. Made no sense to me at all.

Got a call from a spam number, but I just ended it straight away.

They asked if I liked haggis, I told them not anymore because I’m married to someone from Scotland.

Got a call from someone doing a survey, asked if I drank wine or something. I told her I wasn’t interested in taking part, but she kept saying she just wanted my opinion. I repeated I didn’t want to do it, then she finally said alright and hung up.

Got a call from someone claiming to do a survey for Verso. They said they were calling from the Philippines, which seemed odd since I know they're a UK company. I told them they should probably focus their efforts more wisely, especially with everything going on with the pandemic right now.

Recieved a call from this number earlier. My phone showed it was from Biggar, Scotland or somewhere nearby. I don’t really have any links to Scotland so my guess is it was one of those call centre calls.

I just ignored the call, those lot need to find real work instead of pestering folks like this.

The call was silent at first, then a muffled voice with a strong foreign accent asked for someone I didn’t recognise. They messed up my name badly, so I just told them it wasn’t me. Before I could say more, they ended the call fast. Feels like a scam to me!
