This number has rung me like four times today. I finally picked up out of pure irritation. The person on the line called me by my maiden name, even though I’ve been married for a decade, and began firing questions at me. When I said I wasn’t going to answer questions over the phone, his attitude totally changed. He got quite rude, banging on about saving me money and that he didn’t care if I wasn’t interested! I just ended the call and blocked the number. Might be legit, but honestly, it was really frustrating and disrespectful.

Just got a call from a lady who knew my name. She said she wanted to ask me five questions. I cut her off, told her I didn’t want to answer anything and that I was hanging up. Ended the call and blocked the number straight away. My phone has a button that blocks and ends the call at once, but it double checks if you really want to do it, then I hit ‘YES’.

Somebody who called me and knew my name asked a couple of simple questions which I answered. Then, a few days after, I got calls from bulb about switching my energy provider and also from TV Times. I reckon they were after my personal info or maybe bank details. I've signed up with the TPS to cut down on cold calls. Seriously, steer well clear of this number!

Got a call from some bloke with an Indian accent askin for me by name. Said he was from some company I’d never come across before. When I told him to jog on, called him a spammer and con artist, he started shoutin “Shut up, shut up” at me. I lost it, told him to f### off and hung up straight away. That number's blocked for good now.

Got a call from 01864506013 on my home phone today. I picked up and said hello, then there was a 5-second silence before the person spoke. He called me by my first name but added "Mr" before it, which was a bit odd. I immediately recognised his Indian accent since I have an Indian neighbour who does similar stuff. I always tell them to just use my first name without the Mr bit. After I asked him why he was ringing me, he quickly hung up. Tried to ring the number back but it was unreachable.
