I got three calls from this number today and picked up twice. Each time there was a weird long pause before anyone spoke. The first caller mumbled something I couldn’t catch, then dropped the line immediately. The second one asked for some random person I’ve never heard of, and the moment I told them it was the wrong number, they hung up. It’s a pretty fresh number for me that I don’t really share, so I’m guessing they’re either just dialling numbers at random or working off an old contact list. I’ve gone ahead and blocked them now.

I received a call from someone requesting to chat with *my name*. They didn’t verify my identity and started prattling on about being from the fraud department concerning a claim I supposedly filed. To set the record straight, I haven’t made any such claims and have since blocked their number. Complete scam, if you ask me.

Got a call from some bloke pretending to be from the NHS on 01866831130. When I called him out for being a scammer and talking rubbish, I told him to shove off. Then he rang again from 01864506015, claiming he didn't catch what I said, so I just repeated myself and hung up. Haven't heard from them since. The numbers showed up as Scottish, but when I checked online they were linked to Northamptonshire. Total scam about having to verify Covid jabs - absolute con, sounded like some Asian guy, complete waste of time.

An Asian woman identified herself as being part of the NHS and proceeded to inquire whether I had received my second vaccination and if I had experienced any adverse reactions. However, when I pressed her for specifics about her location, she abruptly disconnected the call.

It seems I’ve stumbled upon yet another number associated with this one. I foolishly engaged with their initial queries, but I've since severed any connection with those accounts. They claimed to be affiliated with the NHS - supposedly the Covid Service, and pressed me about my vaccination status. Then, they veered off into interrogating me about my life insurance, inquiring about the premiums I was dishing out. Thankfully, I didn’t reveal any details on that front.

if the nhs was really doing a covid survey, i regret not finishing the call. they wanted personal info which under gdpr they have no right to ask for. the information commissioner’s office said it’s not proper for them to ring without your permission and they can't force anyone to give details. ive put a complaint in with my local mp so hoping this whole mess gets cleared up quick.

Then they started asking me about my life insurance details and which company I used. When I got suspicious and mentioned how covid passports are supposed to be free, they kept pushing that it wasn’t a scam. Felt pretty dodgy to me.
