Got a call from a woman today claiming she was calling from an ink supplier and said we were already signed up with them. She kept asking if I was the Birmingham branch (I told her my address) and whether our printer was the same one. I’ve only just started this role, first day in fact, so felt a bit lost. She mentioned I had a day to cancel, but the number they gave me wouldn’t let me get through. Luckily, they don’t have our bank info.
