Got a call on Saturday the 23rd of Feb, 'round 7pm, but it was just some automated voice when I picked up, no actual person. Quite annoying!

I got a call earlier today from a woman, sounded Indian, who said she was with BT Openreach. She claimed my internet was running slow because of a virus and that she could fix it. I told her I’d ring back later and she gave me this number. She was quite polite but kept repeating the same story, which didn’t really add up to me. Pretty sure it’s some sort of scam. Tried to report it on the BT Openreach website but couldn’t find anywhere to do so. Also tried ringing them but never got through to a real person; all the options were useless. Properly annoying.
