Some bloke called Shaun rang me. I told him straight away to remove my info from their list but he kept banging on about some missold PPI. I said I never had any and repeated that he should take my details off their system. Then he got all rude, asking how I was so sure I didn’t have any missold PPI. I told him my age and that I knew for a fact I didn’t have it. He kept going on so I just ended the call. Totally disrespectful and really shouldn’t be speaking to people like that.

I tried ringing back to find out who they were, and the bloke snapped at me, saying "you called us, you need to say who you are." Then he asked if I wanted to be taken off their list.
