Got a call from 01792776995 today, 13th September. This is the second time in a couple of weeks. Suspecting a scam, I answered with, “Hello, customer support, how can I assist you?” but they just hung up straight away. Hopefully they've had the hint by now - bugger off! I've also saved their number in my phone as SCAM so I know to ignore them next time.

Neil rang me earlier and was really impolite when I asked him to take me off their list because I’m not into PPI claims. He started arguing and said he’d only remove me after explaining the offer. I told him I wasn’t interested and had already claimed, but then he pressed me for details about when I did it! Proper rude, arrogant bloke who really should respect someone who clearly isn’t interested. In the end, I just hung up on him ‘cause he wouldn’t stop going on.

Got a couple of calls from 01792776995 recently. When i picked up, the person said i was behind on payments & they were after me for cash. I was like, rubbish, i pay everything on time & dont owe a penny to anyone. Was quite stressful cos they even called me by my name! I told them to get lost & to send any details properly by letter. Then i just ended the call. Total nonsense but it did shake me a bit.
