I've had dealings with Beneficial before and honestly, they've been nothing but a pain with endless nuisance calls. She kept asking for all my personal info, even though she already knew my name and where I lived. Then she wanted to know my age too. When I asked what it was about, she said it was a survey and they would keep my details. Like, why would anyone need to save your information? Definitely feels like a scam!
