I got a call from this number at 11.31am on 13/04/18 about some missold PPI stuff.

They asked for my daughter who was out at work. Said something about N power. I just ended the call. Got a similar one a couple of months back. Definitely a scam. Guess they never get the hint.

I chose not to pick up the call, and they didn't bother to leave a voicemail.

This bloke said he was ringing from N-Power, but after being asked the same question about 5 times (dodgy behaviour), he finally admitted they werent actually told by N-Power to call. I told him that sounded like a bit of false info and asked for the company’s name so I could let N-Power know, but he just hung up on me.

Claimed to be conducting a survey but their English was so bad, I could barely understand a word the woman was saying.

This number has rung me a few times this week, about three times. The first time I answered and got that spiel about replacing boilers. I asked nicely for them to take me off their list and they just cut me off. The next two times I saw Swansea on the caller ID so I just didn’t pick up.

Got a call from someone representing N-power. The woman, either Chloe or Casey (I can’t quite recall), was really polite throughout the conversation. She explained the Government Eco scheme properly and made me feel confident it wasn’t a scam. Definitely worth checking if you can get on it because I received brand new electric storage heaters absolutely free and they’re brilliant. I’ve told my family and mates, and they got the same great service. Big thanks to Chloe/Casey for their effort and well done to the whole team!

I told her this was an unsolicited call and asked her to take our number off their list and never call again. She said she wasn’t selling anything, just doing a survey. I replied, “We don’t answer any questions from cold calls,” and hung up.

Got a call from a Swansea number supposedly about grants for replacing gas boilers. When I asked how they had my details, they said they’d done work at my place previously. I told them I don’t even have a boiler, nor does my village have a gas supply. Then the bloke told me to go away rudely and just hung up. Lovely folks - really looking forward to their next ring!
