I got a call from this number and after looking it up on google and seeing all the bad reviews i was a bit wary, but I rang them back anyway. Turns out it was from an estate agents called bettermovef###!] and they were really polite and helpful. Honestly, they deserve more credit and I cant understand why people bash them without even speaking to their customer service first.

I genuinely can't praise them highly enough! It’s a pity that some folks have chosen to share negative feedback before reaching out to their customer service-it really doesn’t do justice to their helpful team.

I told her that I no longer reside there, to which she replied it was apparently a blunder on their part. The conversation concluded soon after. I reckon it’s likely some sort of property buyers trying to reach out.
