We kept receiving calls from these individuals in the lead-up to Christmas, not long after their call centre seemed to shut down. It was all an automated system that never successfully connected us to a real person. Eventually, we discovered they were mistakenly trying to reach someone else at a different location. I’m seriously considering lodging a complaint about this situation.
