Should you receive any communications from them, it's wise to report their activities to Ofcom, and if they exhibit any form of intimidation, do not hesitate to contact the police. Furthermore, if they fail to introduce themselves promptly, they may be indulging in fraudulent behaviour; in such cases, simply hang up. It's crucial that you refrain from sharing any personal details with them.

My elderly mother, who unfortunately suffers from dementia, has been receiving calls from this number. I initially picked up the phone only to hang up, but then felt it necessary to dial 1471 and find out who it was. The caller identified themselves as Rosendales Direct.
