I got a call from a firm named Engage, which is basically part of Marston Group - they’re debt collectors. Honestly, the best thing you can do is just ignore them completely. If they turn up at your place, don’t open the door for them. And if they spot you leaving, just say you’re not the person they’re looking for or that the person has moved away. Don’t give them any of your details, don’t confirm anything, and definitely don’t sign anything. Just keep your distance as much as you can.
