Nottingham City Council (Council Tax) - NCC. They're breaking the Data Protection Act by handing over my mobile number and other personal info to Rossendales, who are chasing me for supposed Council Tax debt. I never gave NCC my mobile number, and when I realised they had it, I asked them to remove it from their records. NCC has totally ignored all my messages, and it feels like they’re up to something dodgy to dodge taking responsibility (abusing their position and probably more dodgy stuff).

Got a call and voicemail saying it was urgent business and to ring them back but no details given. Looked up the number online and found this site saying it's a debt collection scam. My debts are with the bank so I’d hear from them directly, and council tax stuff comes from the council themselves. Such awful people trying to scare folks like this! Got a call from some debt collectors called Rossendales. I've been right on top of my council tax, paid everything up to date with receipts to prove it. Since October 2017, I’ve handed over more than three grand to settle everything properly, but these lot keep digging up old stuff trying to scare money out of me. They even sent a council tax bill for an ex who hasn’t lived with me in nearly a decade. Somehow they've managed to get my phone number, even tho it’s changed loads since I was with her, and keep bothering me about her unpaid bills. Don’t give these scam artists a single penny!

Had no clue who was calling me until I looked them up on here. I’m from Barnsley, so no idea why someone from Lancashire would ring me. this number is from a debt collection firm, Rosendales, that deal with council tax arrears for your local council. ive dealt with them a few times and just chose to ignore their calls, eventually i ended up blocking their number altogether on my phone.

It's so frustrating! They've never actually talked to me, just keep ringing every single day, sometimes like 4 or 5 times a day! I don’t owe a penny to anyone (no debts or hire purchase or anything)! Then they just hang up on me? Seriously, it's unbelievable! Someone needs to put a stop to this!
