This morning at about 9.50 on the 20th Feb, some bloke named Ben rang me up. He said he was from some safety awareness organisation and even knew my name. I told him to just send me a letter instead and cut the call off. Honestly, stay clear of these types!

I didn’t pick up when they rang. No message was left, but after looking up the number on here, I’ve blocked it. I keep getting calls from numbers like this that never say anything. Cheers to who-called for the help!

Got a call from someone saying they were the area coordinator 227 - sounds dodgy to me, like a scam.

I got a call from a number right after one I hadn’t picked up earlier, and figured it was probably some kind of scam, so I just ignored it.

Someone rang up saying he was from Safety Awareness UK and wanted to come round to my wife’s place to do a safety check. He went on asking her age and if she lived by herself. Seemed like a pretty dodgy character to me.

Got a call from someone who already knew my name, said they were with the police doing some sort of awareness drive. They mentioned officers would be coming around nearby to talk about security. When they asked for my address, I didn’t give it and just hung up.

I get calls about once a day from this number, which I don’t recognise, so I don’t answer. Looks like it’s from Southport, and I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. Feels like they’re just pestering me.

Some unknown numbers rang my landline but I didn't answer since I didn't know them and no voicemail was left. Feels like a dodgy scam to me. On 30.01.20, I got calls at 14:40 from 01704 524 878 and at 12:05 from 01704 524 832, and then another at 14:36 from 01704 524 875. Then just now, a call centre tried ringing saying there was suspicious activity on our internet and warned we'd be disconnected in 24 hours unless I gave them info to access the computer. Of course, I didn’t share any details with them. Also got a call on 01.02.20 at 10:13 from 01841 062 507.
