Some guy rang me up chatting about some "new" service he had. After going on for a couple of minutes, I asked him how exactly they follow telephone preference service rules. Next thing, he just ended the call.

I got a call from a lady who knew my name and said they’re installing a security setup nearby and that specialists would be visiting sometime next week. When I asked why she was ringing me since I’m on the TPS list, she claimed it was fine because she wasn’t trying to sell anything. I told her she wasn’t allowed to contact me and just ended the call.

Got a ring the other day from a bloke called Mike Bellamy, said he was from ‘Safe and Secure’. this lady named shelly called me, saying she was with some 'emergency response team' or something, and mentioned my name straight away. she was talking about some sort of emergencies happening nearby - cant recall exactly how she put it, but it sounded kinda official. i didn't respond to what she was asking, asked her a couple of questions instead. then she just ended the call.
