I’ve had about 24 different numbers ring me after falling victim to a scam on another line. Someone pretending to be from O2 Customer Services promised to slash my monthly bill in half but it turned out all wrong - I ended up with an unwanted iPhone costing me nearly £1,000 and a device contract I never agreed to or needed. They even tried to get me to send the phone back, claiming it was sent by accident. Luckily, I caught on to the scam in time and sent the phone back to O2 the official way, and thankfully my previous contract was put back as it was before all the hassle.
