I recently received a call from someone masquerading as BT, claiming they wanted to verify our Internet speed. I could tell it was a scam instantly, so I promptly ended the call and made sure to block the number.

I’ve tried answering, but sadly there’s never anyone on the other end. It’s disheartening that they don’t realise how challenging it can be for individuals with disabilities to respond promptly.
