Got a call from some bloke who said his name was Jack. I picked up because my grandson’s called Jack as well. He said he was doing a survey about health. He asked if I had any health issues, I told him I have arthritis. Then he wanted to know if I was on any meds, and I said yes, doctor prescribed me some. He went on about drinking loads of water, eating fruit and veg, and doing exercise regularly. I told him I already do all that. Then he asked when I last saw my doctor, and after I replied recently, I got a bit wary and asked him why he was ringing. He just wished me a good day and hung up. Didn’t give him any other info but later I googled the number and found out it was a scam.

So, I got a call from Amazon saying I’d bought an iPad. Total scam, absolute rubbish. Don’t fall for it!

Got a call from 01769 253380 this morning at 10:01 on 20/10/20. It was some automated voice warning me that Amazon Prime would soon take money out of my bank. Funny thing is, I don’t even have an Amazon Prime account or any connection with them.

Got a call from 01679242515, no voicemail or anything left. I’m pretty sure it was dodgy since 01679 isn’t really a proper UK area code. Feels like a scam to me.

Got a robotic voice saying my amazon prime subscription is up for renewal and to press 1 to talk to a rep. Bit odd since my membership doesn’t expire for another 6 months!

This number has rung me before. It was some automated message pretending to be from BT, saying my internet got hacked by someone abroad.

This number has been ringing me about 6 or 7 times each day lately. Today, 16th May 2019, it was 3.45 in the afternoon when I finally picked up, but all I got was silence from the other end. It's really annoying!
