Got a call from 0131 9246358, with a chap speaking Indian accent saying he was from BT. He warned my internet was going to be off for 20 days. I told him I don’t even have BT as my provider. He said BT sort out internet for Virgin, Sky and others too. Then he asked me to switch on my PC so they could 'fix a security problem'. I played along, said it was booting up, then he put me through to his 'manager' for help. I kept stalling and ended up hanging up. Later, they rang me back from the same number. Seemed very dodgy to me!
