When I told them I wasn’t giving my DOB to some random company that called me out of the blue, they went, "What are we gonna do with your DOB, send you a card?" I said with all the other details you’re trying to get, you could get into my accounts, even break data protection laws. After that, they got quite rude.

15/11/16 - my phone just wouldn't stop ringing all day, got really annoyed and finally picked up. They told me it was all on the news and i could claim thousands of pounds. I said whatever it was, i wasn’t bothered and put the phone down.
