Received a call from 01522246299 earlier today, but they didn’t bother to leave a message. It seems, anecdotally speaking, there’s been quite the uptick in these types of calls ever since the lockdown.

I usually let unknown callers ring for about five or six times before answering, but more often than not, they seem to be silent after that. However, I received a call today from a number I didn’t recognise while I was out and about.

I've received calls from this number for six consecutive days and not once have they bothered to pick up when I try to respond.

Received a dodgy call from some foreign chappies using a Maidstone number as a front. I let them know I couldn't engage in conversation due to potential virus transmission risks, and now they've been swiftly blocked. Absolutely ridiculous!

Enough already! I’m done engaging with these fools. Even my father-in-law, who’s in his eighties, has realised it’s a con and is now playing along with them during calls, which is rather amusing!

I received a call from this number, and when I attempted to pick up, my phone displayed a red warning triangle alongside a message saying, “not permitted." Does anyone have an inkling of what this could signify?
