My suggestion is to remain polite, but if that fails, inform the caller that you are currently at the Citizens Advice Bureau and have them on speakerphone or hands-free mode. The sound of their disappointment when you pretend to hang up can be quite satisfying! Additionally, it's a good idea to interrupt their call and search for the number online.
