The best thing I found to deal with this annoying hassle is just to block their number. They keep claiming it’s car finance stuff, even when I say I’m not into it, they don’t stop pestering. I asked them to remove my info but then it got even worse. In the end, I just blocked them and that’s the end of it.

These folks work on commission selling car finance, and if one of them’s in a bad mood, they seriously won’t leave you alone. Honestly, try being polite first, but if that doesn’t work, just say you’re on speakerphone with the Citizens Advice Bureau. Nothing beats the noise of a phone being slammed down! Seriously, the best thing to do is just hang up, Google the number to see who it is, and block it if it turns out to be another pest call.
