I've received a message from an insurance review firm inquiring whether I'd be keen to provide a review.

Had a ring from someone purporting to be associated with Call my Life, touting an insurance assessment. Yet, when I tried to get back to them, I was greeted with a recorded message saying, "Please wait while we connect you to the next available representative." After that, it’s just dead air and then the line goes dead. It's a bit uncanny, really; I've noticed this pattern with loads of call centres-seems they just can’t muster enough staff to handle all the outgoing calls they’re inundating people with.
