Some bloke rang up and wanted to know if I was the person with my last name. I asked him who he was, and he just repeated the question like he didn’t hear me. I repeated mine, asking who he actually was. Then he told me to speak louder. So, I shouted back asking who he was a bit louder. Next thing, he’s saying I’m shouting for no reason. I told him he told me to speak up! Turns out he was "Chris from Microsoft" or so he claimed. Chris then dropped a really awful swear word on me! Definitely a total scammer, no doubt about that!

An absolute pest of a caller! I had the misfortune of receiving a ring at 8:15 on a Saturday, no less, from someone with a distinctly American twang purporting to be from Microsoft. She had the audacity to wake me up from my slumber to discuss my computer issues. When I inquired what on earth she was thinking disturbing me so early, she had the gall to say I should just listen to her blathering! I told her she was out of her mind, and before I knew it, she slammed the phone down on me. Unbelievable!

Rang me at half seven on a Saturday morning! A rather rude chap demanded to chat with my partner! Clearly, he'd mixed up his facts since I'm not even married! I told him to wipe my number from his records and not to contact me ever again. Undoubtedly a con. Do these individuals really believe we're gullible? I received a call from this number at a rather ungodly hour-7:10 on a Saturday morning, no less! I must admit, I wasn’t exactly amused and ended up giving the poor woman a right earful for disturbing my peace so early. About an hour later, I was so irked that I decided to ring back to voice my grievances, and surprise, surprise-there was James on the other end of the line. After unleashing my frustration, I couldn’t help but hang up on him. What a start to the weekend!

If not, I won’t hesitate to add your number to my blacklist. So, consider it blocked. It’s not my duty to initiate a conversation; that falls onto the caller's shoulders. Some bloke rang wanting to speak to my elderly mum. Since she couldn't chat right now, I told him she wasn't free and asked who was on the line. He immediately started cussing at me, saying it's none of my damn concern and that he's a person too, demanding I tell him if she's passed away so he can remove her from his list. Got a call from some bloke with a funny accent claiming he was in Reading, but the number was 0161 826 6936 - which I know is a Manchester code, not Reading’s. He said my PC was hacked, which I reckon was his way of trying to get control if I let him near my computer. I hung about on the line for a bit until I lost patience and he started getting really annoyed. He wanted me to drive to Reading - no clue why, maybe to sneak into my home or something dodgy. These kinds of calls are proper dodgy and should be flagged. Definitely mark that number as risky!

Much like other individuals sharing their experiences today, I received a rather dubious call from an Indian woman who first introduced herself but then promptly transferred me to her manager, a chap named Robin. Initially, I was wholly convinced it was a scam, so I inquired about the location of the call. To my surprise, she mentioned Reading. Naturally, I probed a bit further, asking which county Reading belonged to and which castle was the closest. Quite astonishingly, she had no idea whatsoever! I decided to hang up, but lo and behold, Robin rang me back, and his tone was utterly uncouth, threatening to disconnect my PC. I swiftly terminated that call. It's a shame how easily some folks might fall for such tricks. Stay vigilant out there!

Somebody called pretending to be from Microsoft, warning me about some serious issues with my PC. When I told them I'd just check with my usual computer guy if there was a real problem, they got quite pushy. What a dreadful experience! A rather unpleasant woman called me, claiming to be from Microsoft, and asked whether my computer was switched on. They insisted that I needed to hop on my computer so they could guide me through some procedure, which I firmly turned down. Our landline never rings before 7:50am unless it’s some dodgy seller or scammer, so clearly this morning's call was one of those. The accent made me think it was coming from abroad. They began chatting about my computer, but since I only use a work computer, I knew any call about a home PC was a scam. Got a call from a woman with a thick accent claiming she was calling from Microsoft saying my laptop got hacked. I told her straight up she was trying to scam me and hung up. She tried calling again and sounded pretty pissed off, even offered to prove she was legit. Still, I just ended the call.

This morning at precisely 7:10, I received a rather suspicious call purportedly from Microsoft. An Asian woman on the line inquired if it was a suitable time to talk. I informed her that it certainly wasn’t and requested that she send any information through written correspondence instead. I promptly hung up the phone, as it was clearly just another scam attempt.

I received a call at 8:15 in the morning claiming to be from Microsoft, asserting that my computer had been compromised. When I expressed my intention to hang up, the caller ominously threatened that my computer would be disabled. Naturally, I terminated the conversation right away.

I received a call from an Asian lady calling herself Elsa, claiming to be affiliated with Microsoft. She started discussing my computer, but I quickly informed her that it sounded like a typical scam. I suggested she might want to consider finding genuine employment instead. She abruptly hung up on me!

I received a rather early call just before 8 this morning. It had been a while since I’d been bothered, but lo and behold, it was Microsoft once more.
