I noticed a missed call from this number earlier today and when I returned home, I discovered a voice message on my landline too. This morning, I received a call on my home phone from someone claiming to represent TalkTalk, which is my internet provider. They insisted they needed access to my computer to resolve a supposed issue with my router and mentioned something about a security concern. It’s clearly a scam! Got a call claiming they were from some National Survey and just wanted simple yes or no replies about lifestyle stuff. I asked why they were doing the survey and they just kept saying it was for the National Survey. I asked which one exactly, and they said I’m on a national database.
