Got a call from some bloke named Dominic, reckoned he was from O2. Was proper pushy and couldn’t even say what package I had or what phone I’m using. Said he’d send a text to prove he was with O2 - total rubbish! Didn’t even know my name. Ended up just hanging up!

I requested on three separate occasions for them to remove my number from their list during the call. They claimed they needed to update their system first, which was rather baffling. When I mentioned I had a social worker involved, they suggested letting them speak to me. At that point, I wasn’t holding back and even threatened to pop round there and give them a piece of my mind!

I picked up the phone to a rather vague "hello." Naturally, I responded with a "hello" myself, only to hear him repeat it once more! At that point, I thought it best to hang up.
