After my recent car crash, which wasn’t my fault, I got loads of calls over a few days promising up to £2000 for any injuries I might’ve had. I told them I wasn’t hurt at all, but they still urged me to see my GP (and even my daughter) to prove otherwise. They also warned me not to mention any of it to others. Since then I’ve had more calls from different phone numbers, which I’m guessing are the other people they said I shouldn’t talk to! It all feels really odd. Honestly, I reckon either the car recovery service or the insurance firms must’ve passed on my number for them to be able to get in touch so fast.

Over the past three days, my wife's phone has rang nineteen times from the same number, and we've purposely ignored them. It honestly feels like they're just harassing us at this point.

A few days after my car crash, I got a call from a number that said it was about my car being picked up by RAC, which actually had happened. The person claimed my insurance firm had arranged £350 to be paid to me, but that wasn’t true at all. Pretty sure it’s a scam. The call came up as from somewhere in Manchester.

Sounds like one of those so-called accident claim "experts" who manage to snag your info once you've been in touch with a legit insurance firm. They might tell you you're entitled to about £3,000 but expect to charge a big chunk for themselves. Plus, they only wanna chat on the phone, no emails or anything. Just watch out for them, honestly.

I've been getting calls from this number over and over. They leave a voicemail but it’s just some weird sounds, no actual message. When I pick up, they just hang up straight away!

I've been getting calls from this number like five times daily. I never pick up, but it's really annoying on both my mobile and landline.

This number gets calls from them quite a bit. Today I picked up and they kept asking for someone called Abu Estelle or Estella - not sure who that is. Told them no one like that lives here. Then a few hours later they rang again but just went quiet and hung up. I think this is the number I got with a free sim. They've called at least 8 times already. Next time I'll try to find out what firm they’re with. Seems like a scam, if you ask me.
