I gave them my info, including bank details, and then noticed £45 was taken from my credit card without permission. Later, I received a text asking me to ring back to sort out the upgrade, but when I called, the woman just ended the call on me. I tried again and a man picked up - I explained the issue and he said his manager would call me within 10 minutes. But I never got any callback. What should I do now?
