I keep getting calls from this number, even tho I've signed up with the Telephone Preference Service. Every time I answer, nobody says anything and then they just hang up. It happens mostly around lunchtime!

Didn't pick up the call at all. When I tried calling the number back, I got an American lady on the line saying the number's no longer active. Looks like just another scammy cold call. Caller ID was 0161 814 8696.

I had a rather brash young chap contact me to see if I remembered taking out any loans with banks, so I might claim back my PPI. He was quite full of himself and showed little regard for my status on the Telephone Preference Service. To top it off, he had the gall to scoff at me for paying into the TPS, despite it not stopping the incessant nuisance of unsolicited calls.

Got a call from this number, a lady named "Jenny" was on the line but she just ended the call straight away when I asked if I’d ever dealt with her or anyone from her firm previously.

A call came through, and we answered, but there was complete silence on the other end before they abruptly hung up. We tried to return the call, but it turns out the number is no longer in service. Quite peculiar, really!
