I rang back to find out why they kept quiet whenever I picked up, only for someone to reply with "Are you sure?" I never got a straight answer about what they wanted. From what I can tell, they're just a group of dodgy people stuck in some dodgy office in Manchester, probably no real job or hope of making an honest living.

I kept getting calls from this number until I finally picked up, just to tell them to stop calling me. At first I was pretty annoyed, but the person on the phone was really patient and managed to calm me down. They even said I might be owed some money and that if I let them handle it, the calls would stop. They seemed to know a lot about a car accident I had last year, which surprised me. After a bit, I found myself explaining the whole thing. Then they asked for the other driver's registration number, and when I told them I didn’t have it, they said they’d ring me the next day. Luckily, before I agreed to the follow-up call, I checked with some friends and did some quick online research. Turns out it was suspicious, so I blocked the number and am reporting it now. I feel a bit daft for almost falling for it. Isn’t there something the authorities can do to prevent this kind of thing?

Not sure who keeps ringing but it’s like what someone mentioned a few days back, they just switch up the last few digits. I never pick up and if there’s no voicemail, I just block them straight away. Proper annoying at times.

I’ve marked these calls as harassment because no matter how often I block them, the dodgy numbers from places like Manchester, Preston, and London keep coming back. They just swap out a few digits and call again the next day. I’m getting about three calls every day, and my phone has hundreds of blocked numbers piled up now. If anyone with the power can find these scammers, they should shut them down and lock them up for serious harassment.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from a company called First Solutions. They seemed to have quite a bit of detail about an accident I was in back in January. I’m a bit unsure if I should believe them or not. It's a bit suspicious how much they know.
