When I was ready to jump in, I gave him a piece of my mind about having the worst day since he set foot here (and in case you’re wonderin’, I kept it polite, no swearing). In the end, I made sure both him and his company knew exactly where to shove it, especially seeing as he was ringin’ me at 10:20 at night!

I keep getting calls from this number multiple times each week, and it’s almost always around 6 in the evening. I’ve stopped giving them the opportunity to say anything; I either simply hang up or let the answering machine pick up, at which point they normally just end the call themselves. I reckon they’ll tire of this game eventually, but if they don’t, I’m more than happy to keep doing what I do best-blasting a ridiculously loud whistle right into the receiver.

Got a call from them with the same pension nonsense others have mentioned. I ended up sharing a bit about my workplace pensions before it clicked they might be scammers. I got a call from "First Solutions" and they actually knew my full name and where I live. When I asked the caller to use my last name instead of my first, they got really annoyed. I also asked them to explain what the call was about properly, but all I got was a mumble before they suddenly hung up. I've been signed up to the TPS for ages, but it doesn't seem to stop this kind of thing. I'd say everyone should report these calls to the TPS, maybe that'll help put a brake on these dodgy calls.

I told him I have Tourette’s, so most of what I said to him (you can imagine the rest) got him calling me names before he slammed the phone down. Then he called back just 5 minutes later. You’ve probably worked it out already. After three more calls from that number, I haven’t heard from him since.

This bloke already knew my name and where I live then tried to offer me a pension review. I had to tell him twice that I’m more than able to handle my own pension, no help needed. I've received calls from this number over the last few days - in fact, I feel like I’ve been on a peculiar merry-go-round with them! They’ve rang me day in and day out, and honestly, I’ve lost count at this stage. They keep babbling on about some PENSION rebate, but I’ve never even had a pension, so it’s quite baffling. It said Manchester on the caller ID but once he picked up and heard my accent we ended up talking about Umhlanga, which is where he was ringing me from in South Africa. They were trying to sell pension plans and not even using proper British people, so I just BLOCKED them.
