When I was ready to jump in, I gave him a piece of my mind about having the worst day since he set foot here (and in case you’re wonderin’, I kept it polite, no swearing). I got a call from "First Solutions" and they actually knew my full name and where I live. When I asked the caller to use my last name instead of my first, they got really annoyed. I also asked them to explain what the call was about properly, but all I got was a mumble before they suddenly hung up. I've been signed up to the TPS for ages, but it doesn't seem to stop this kind of thing. I'd say everyone should report these calls to the TPS, maybe that'll help put a brake on these dodgy calls.

This bloke already knew my name and where I live then tried to offer me a pension review. I had to tell him twice that I’m more than able to handle my own pension, no help needed.
