They've evidently got all the specifics regarding the incident but aren't representing either of the insurance companies involved. It’s just the usual fare from these dodgy claims chasers, seeking to exploit the vulnerable. They're essentially coaxing people into embellishing or fabricating injuries from their accidents, all in a bid to back questionable claims.
