I got a call from someone saying they were Microsoft and that my laptop was sending out loads of errors. They gave me a licence number and told me to check it on my computer. When I told them I was a bit sceptical since Microsoft have never phoned me before, they just hung up straight away.

For the past couple of days, this number kept ringing me up, usually once around noon and then again about 4 in the afternoon. It's some kind of motor accident claims firm. Really frustrating because they're just trying to fish out my details.
