got a call from 0161 5236193 today but ignored it coz the number wasn’t familiar. after checking the comments here and googling it, turns out it’s probably one of those annoying calls. kinda wish i’d picked up just to have a go at them, even though it wouldn’t really change anything. at least it would’ve made me feel better having a word with the lot of them!

Got a call from a man with an Asian accent who said his name was Samuel - sounded a bit dodgy to me! He claimed there was an issue with my 'computer or laptop' - covering all bases I guess. I told him flat out I don't have either a laptop or a computer, which is true. After that, he just ended the call. Watch out folks, definitely a scammer trying his luck. The number he rang from was 01615236192.

I got a call from someone with an Asian accent saying they were from the Telephone Preference Service, but then they wanted info about my phone company’s direct debit. I told him it wasn’t his concern, and he just ended the call straight away. Pretty suspicious if you ask me!
