I answered a call from this number about 15 minutes ago, but there was total silence on the other end. It's clear they’re trying to pass off as a local number just to get people’s info for some dodgy business. Anyone who sells or promotes these numbers really should be shut down and fined.

Got a call from someone claiming I’d been overcharged £119 for a washing machine warranty and that they wanted to refund me, either into my bank or a different one. I told them I’ve never even had a washing machine warranty, but they kept insisting I did. When they asked what brand my washing machine was, I said Hoover, which I don’t even own. Just a heads up, this seemed dodgy to me.

Got a call from someone claiming I had a rebate from some company, but I couldn’t catch the name. Then they started asking for my bank info - total rubbish if you ask me!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Customer Care, who already had my full name and address. They said I was due £119 back for overpaying on washing machine insurance. When I asked how I'd like the money, I said a cheque, but then he said I had to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor told me he wouldn’t ask for bank info but wanted the numbers on my cheque book to confirm my identity. I just didn't give them any of that info.

They've been ringing me for a few days now, today I just ignored it. The last time they called, they were asking about insurance for my appliances. I told them I don't have any insurance and asked them to remove me from their calling list, but it's obvious they didn't bother to do that.

I got a call from 01615201963 and dialled 1471 to check the number. Turns out, it’s not even real. I double-checked because I thought I might have got it wrong. The caller claimed to be from some warranty company about a washing machine and said they took money from my bank account without permission. They couldn’t specify which account though, which seemed fishy. I didn’t bother with them any further. Total SCAM alert! Watch out, folks!

I got a call from a guy who sounded Indian, he first claimed to be from some mortgage insurance firm. Then he switched and told me I’d been involved in a car crash. I don’t drive or even have a car, so I just ended the call.

An Asian chap called me claiming to be from the "Claims Department." When I inquired what the fuss was all about, he mentioned something regarding a "minor car accident." Oddly enough, I haven’t been in any accidents at all. As soon as I suggested he take a broken bottle and shove it somewhere unpleasant, he promptly hung up. What a cheek!

Got a call from +44 161 520 1631, Manchester, about a car crash I’m supposedly involved in, which I know nothing about. The voice on the other end definitely sounded like it was from an Indian call centre. Definitely looks like a spam call, watch out!

Got a call from this number on my mobile today at about 4.13 pm, 21st March 2022. Didn’t pick up as I had no clue who it could be. Bit strange they have my mobile number in the first place. After reading the comments, I’m actually pleased I didn’t answer. I’m based in Brighton, Sussex.
