Everyday I get a couple of calls, despite telling them to put me on their 'do not call' list and reporting each time. Now they've started ringing from 0333 numbers as well. All of them say they're from Compare My Policy. It's proper annoying!

I got a call from 01615051271 saying they were from Compare My Policy, telling me I had some kind of life insurance policy. Seemed really dodgy, probably a phishing scam or just annoying spam. Wouldn’t trust them at all.

Got a call from someone called Lily who wanted to go over my insurance and suggest some changes. She kept explaining everything in detail so I just let her get on with it. I told her I was recording the call, and after hearing her out, I told her it wasn't really what I needed. I also made sure to praise her for doing a good job.

Just got a call from some people claiming to be linked with big insurance firms but they never said which company they were from. They didn’t mention if the call was being recorded or anything about data protection laws or cold call regulations. Asked them for their FCA registration and they flat out refused to provide it. Sounds dodgy to me. Stay well clear of these lot!

Just thought I’d share a tip - you should put your number on the telephone preference service list. Since I did it, the amount of annoying calls I get has dropped heaps. Seriously, it’s been a lifesaver for me. Check out [#][#]tpsonline[###][###]/ and give it a go. You won’t regret it!

I never gave them permission to call me in the first place. I told them to take my number off their list, but they keep ringing. I'm going to report them to both the FCA and the Insurance Ombudsman for invading my privacy. What a pain!

They're nothing but con artists and scammers who haven't got the faintest clue what it means to actually contribute to society. These leeches lack any kind of moral compass and see stealing your personal info and cash as their way of living. And to make things worse, the phone companies are in on it too, helping these lowlifes carry on their harassment and outright crimes even more.
