I’ve been having a right chuckle with them on the line! I managed to keep them chatting for a whole three minutes. Think they can just waste my time? Pfft, not a chance! I’ll be stringing them along every opportunity I can. Their number’s now firmly blocked. By the way, is there an app out there that catalogues all these dodgy numbers and updates regularly to block ‘em automatically? That’d be brilliant!

I received an unexpected cold call from a chap who just wouldn’t take no for an answer. When I inquired how he obtained my number, he bluntly replied, “database.” That was all I needed to hear! I promptly told him to shove off and wasted no time in blocking the number.

I got a call from this number a few times over the past week. The first call, I couldn’t really catch what the person was saying because of their thick Asian accent. Today, the woman on the line said she was from something called "The Claims Professionals" and even used my name! As soon as I heard that company name, I just ended the call. I was quite stunned when the caller addressed me by my full name. They were trying to peddle something along the lines of "Are you familiar with Payment Protection Insurance?" The chap was exceedingly pushy and rather impolite, to be honest. I remained composed and requested six times for them to erase my number from their records, yet he just kept repeating the initial part of his spiel, but louder and more forcefully with each attempt I made to redirect the conversation. Quite the awful experience!

Got a call from this bloke who already had my full name, trying to sell me something that sounded like Payment Protection Insurance but wasn’t quite right. He was properly pushy and a bit rude. I kept telling him, about six times, to take my number off their list, but every time I said that, he just repeated the same opening line of his script, getting more annoyed each time. I've received countless phone calls from this number. Most times, I simply hang up before they get a chance to speak. However, on one occasion, I answered, and the caller inquired if I was Miss Bull. When I replied in the negative, they asked for my name, claiming the call might be of interest to me. I told them I was rather tired of being mistaken for that individual. Looks like this is a dodgy number, judging by what others have said here. I’ve had a few calls from a bloke’s voice on the line before - machine-like, asking pre-recorded questions and waiting for my reply. They never properly answered until today, when they asked which TV service provider I use. I told them straight to take me off their list and hung up, but they rang me again about an hour later! Since I used to work as a lead generator in a call centre, I know the drill: you gotta report these sorts to stop them. They didn’t respect my request and kept me on their list, so unless you either complete whatever they want or block them, they’ll keep calling back.
