They claimed the info came from the RTA statistics office and some thing called the UK National Accident Reporting Database. When I asked them to verify who they were trying to reach, they rambled on then suddenly cut me off. I’m flagging this as harassment because even though the calls come from different numbers, I reckon they're all connected somehow.

I reckon there's a link to 0161 381 0004 as we received a call that was remarkably similar from a chap named Alan, who had an Asian accent. He claimed to be from the Help and Support Centre for Windows. When we asked for his number, we decided to hang up instead. We've had calls like this in the past but chose to ignore them. However, we're a bit wary of their motives now, so we thought it important to raise awareness for others.
