They ring me up without fail every single day. It’s always someone with an Indian accent claiming to be from a different "current energy provider." Since we live in a rented building, we don’t have our own specific supplier, as there’s just one provider for the entire block. Typically, they seem to be linked to British Gas, Npower, or Powergen. I tend to interrogate each fib they spin until they've had enough of our little chat, yet they persist in calling… day after day!

Beware of a PPI con that's making the rounds! They’re promising you a sum of £3,791.00, claiming it will be delivered to you in cash via Royal Mail, FedEx, or other couriers. They'll attempt to lure you in by asking for a 10% fee, insisting that it must be paid in the form of vouchers like Google Play or Smart. Once they say that your delivery is imminent, they'll instruct you to ensure all your dosh is present before handing over £380 worth of vouchers. Just minutes prior to the supposed delivery, you’ll receive a call from them, asking you to scratch off the backs of the voucher cards and share the redemption codes. You'll be speaking with both a man and woman, both of whom have Indian accents. This is nothing short of a total scam! Don’t be swayed or taken in by their tricks!

Received a call from a foreign-sounding individual claiming there was an issue with our computer. To be honest, our computer is perfectly fine! We told them to stop bothering us. It was clearly a suspicious character on the other end, so steer clear and don’t share any personal details with them.

Every single day, I find myself receiving messages from these folks since I'm not available to answer their calls. Is there a way to put an end to their incessant ring?

On the 11th of August, 2011, I received a call from a bloke with a rather thick accent. He claimed to be from Microsoft, saying there was a problem with our computer. Then, he had the audacity to ask when we had last purchased one. I told them to take a hike!

I've been getting an incessant amount of calls from this number, and it's becoming quite irritating. It seems to ring multiple times throughout the day, and after a few moments of eerie silence, it always ends with a robotic-sounding "goodbye." It's rather unsettling!

I recently received a call from this number, claiming to be from the Windows Technical Department. The caller, who had a foreign accent and introduced himself as Daniel, insisted that my computer was compromised and offered to rectify the issue. He provided a callback number-0115 7142007-for further assistance. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I received a rather dodgy call from a bunch of scammers earlier today. They claimed to represent Microsoft and insisted that my computer is being frequently hacked. It nearly caught me off guard! Now, I'm definitely going to have my computer inspected. But honestly, how do these blokes even get hold of our names and numbers? It's baffling why no one in authority has stepped in to shut them down. Their underhanded operations need to be put to an end. I've already reported this to trading standards.

Received a call from this same number, claiming to be linked to the "CLSID" on our computer in relation to a Microsoft issue that supposedly many users are facing. She tried to persuade us to access a command prompt and execute the "assoc" command. We decided to stop her right there and asked for the name of the company she represented. After a moment's hesitation, she finally mentioned WinSolutions. When we pressed her about the location of their offices, she abruptly hung up. It all felt rather suspicious!
