Ugh, is there no end to these 0161 calls? I never pick up but they still just keep coming through. Got one from this number tonight, then another time it’s a different 0161. Would love to know if there’s somewhere I can report this because all the calls are from 0161 numbers - surely someone can trace who’s behind it and put a stop to it! They ring me about 5 times daily, always claiming I’m owed like £2500 from loans, credit cards or my mortgage. I told them if they already got my name, address and phone number, that’s all the info they need, so just send the money. Despite that, they keep phoning and won’t provide any real details. Usually it’s that robotic female voice, I once just agreed to everything out of curiosity, then out of nowhere she says "Please wait for an advisor".
