I picked up the call and a lady introduced herself as Sarah, but the moment I inquired about the company she represents, she abruptly terminated the call. After that, the phone just carried on ringing non-stop.

These pesky telemarketers just keep ringing non stop.

First they wanted £75 to arrange a loan, claimed they were from Nationwide. Then suddenly asked for £200, I refused and they started being nasty. Tried calling back on a different number, and this time they said they were from O2, then called once more pretending to be Capital One. Sounded like an Asian voice, definitely a big con. Watch out for these scammers!

Looks like a total scam to me. They claimed to be a loan company, but then wanted £100 upfront and my bank details just to arrange the loan. Definitely a dodgy deal.
