Some bloke said he was from IC Solutions. Said he wasnt after selling PPI or whatever, but then started going on about some accident i was involved in. Total rubbish, blocked the number straight away!

Claimed to be calling from the "Vehicle Protection Agency" like it was some official government office, and mentioned an accident that supposedly only just came to their attention, even though it happened "sometime within the last 18 months".

Hi, just to let you know, this is a legal firm that deals with stuff like work accidents, car crashes, assaults, criminal injury cases, PPI and a lot more. They’re one of the top firms in the UK with great results. And honestly, stop moaning like you’re ancient grandparents. The company’s called Optimal Solicitors based in Manchester.

Someone rang me claiming to be from some legal protection firm or whatever, about a car crash I had last year. They asked me to verify a few details, then the bloke said he’d hand me over to his mate. I swear I heard him say "I’ve got a bite" just before the other guy answered.

They claimed to be from the national insurance office about some form I supposedly sent in! I never sent anything, so I told them to take my details off their system!

He tried to talk about a car crash I never had? When I asked him more about it, he just got really nasty and rude. I ended the call and blocked the number - but it’s pointless since they’ll probably switch to another one soon enough.

Somebody called saying there was a problem with a claim on my car. They knew my name and even where I used to live. But when I asked for the vehicle registration, they couldn’t or wouldn’t give it. So I just ended the call.

I’m pretty much with the last person on this one. You start to spot the area codes these annoying calls come from, so I just don't answer and look them up before I block 'em. If someone legit from Manchester, Cardiff or Leeds wanted to get hold of me, they’d probably leave a voicemail or email me. Easy as that!

Checked your website and saw like 15 folks have been checking out this number. Sounds to me like a typical call about an accident or some PPI nonsense, just random cold calling.
