Just had another call from that PPI firm this evening. They already phoned me a couple hours earlier but I ended up hanging up as the woman couldn’t answer any of my questions. Tonight, it was a young bloke, and when I told him, “Are you serious? Calling me again!” he just cut the call. Honestly, how much longer is this nonsense gonna go on? It’s proper harassment at this point.

Got a call about PPI saying I was due £2500 compensation. This was already the third time in two days! I kept asking where they got my details from and which firm supposedly owed me the money. The young woman just stuck to her script, ignoring my questions. After asking roughly five times, she snapped saying I wouldn't let her speak. I told her all I wanted was a straightforward answer about who actually owed me this money. Then they finally said they hadn’t done any checks at all! I hung up right after. Such a waste of time, totally misleading and really annoying.
