What a bunch of charlatans! They had the nerve to email me a so-called contract in a word document format. Curious to see how deep the rabbit hole went, I opened it, only to find a complete mess of misspellings throughout. The whole thing was printed on plain A4 paper, with no company branding whatsoever. When I tried ringing the number, either a chap named Michael or a woman called Kelly picked up, both with rather thick Indian accents. One of them even told me to shove off, which was charming. I've taken the necessary steps and reported them to the authorities, including the police and the FSA, and I've since sent them the dreadful document. I sincerely hope they face the consequences they deserve.

I got an email from Viva Loans, someone called Michael, saying my £1000 loan was approved. Then they asked me to send my bank info through email and also wanted ID pics - both sides of my card and a photo of me holding it. I’ve realised it was daft to share that info. So far, no money’s been taken from my account. These con artists really target people who might not be careful. They deserve serious punishment, maybe even life inside. The number was 01613540936 but they’ve since blocked me.

It's absolutely scandalous how so many individuals from abroad seem to be coming here and taking advantage of our hardworking Brits. They lure people in with the promise of loans, and it's frankly appalling! One can’t help but point the finger at David Cameron and his technology policies for allowing this situation. I received a call from this number requesting my bank details along with my personal identification info. When I tried to return their call, they cut me off. Thankfully, they haven't siphoned off any funds from my account just yet, but I have no doubt this is a scam.

I've recently found myself in a similar predicament. I've reached out to my bank, and they've managed to track down the destination of my funds. I've also been in touch with the bank involved, and their fraud team is currently looking into the matter. My bank has issued an indemnity claim, so I ought to see my money returned shortly. I've been dealing with Viva Loans for over two years now, only paying £147.44 in interest, which feels a bit off - I reckon they've got some sneaky fees they're not telling me about. They sent me a contract at the start but since then, it's been dead quiet on their end. Honestly, I'm not holding my breath to hear back, especially since one of the calls I got sounded like some dodgy foreign accent. Their website itself says they're just credit brokers, not lenders, and warns you to be careful with their calls. Feels a bit like a con to me.

They nicked some cash from my account and then bombarded me with calls, hurling insults like 'slut' and other nasty names.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Viva Loans, stating that I could secure a loan of £2,000 over a period of two years with an initial fee of just £25. However, my research shows that Viva Loans only offers £1,000 loans for a maximum of 31 days. When I probed them a bit and asked a couple of pertinent questions, they abruptly told me to get lost and have since blocked my number. Absolute scam!

Hello there, I've been receiving frequent calls from this number on my mobile-it's becoming quite bothersome, actually. It’s happening every single day! Despite my requests for them to stop contacting me, I've now started to receive emails too, suggesting I should ring them back as they claim there's a loan waiting for me, and they say they’re affiliated with Viva Loans UK.
