Absolute keyboard warriors, pretending to be all tough over the phone. They kept asking about a car crash like they knew nothing at all. I told the bloke it was a nasty smash and I’d actually died, told him I was a ghost or something. He just shouted “Screw you, you’re not scary” and then slammed the phone down. What a idiot!

I've picked up a few times to tell them straight it’s harassment and that I don’t need any accident or life insurance.
